These terms are an agreement between you and SOFTGRACEL LLC governing your use of the GLP app and website. By creating an account you accept them.
You must be at least 18 to buy or sell. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Pigeon records, pedigree photographs, and listings you upload remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and display them so the App can work for you. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use.
Listings are created by users, not by us. We provide the platform; we are not the seller, and we do not inspect, verify, or guarantee any bird or item, its health, pedigree, or fitness for any purpose. The contract of sale is between buyer and seller. Buyers should satisfy themselves before purchasing.
Sellers are responsible for describing items accurately, for delivering what was sold, and for complying with the laws that apply to them — including any rules on the transport, health certification, or export of live birds.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing you also accept Stripe’s terms. Prices are shown before you confirm. We do not store your card details.
Sellers are paid via Stripe Connect. When you set up payouts, Stripe verifies your identity and collects your bank details directly — we never see or store them. On a sale, the buyer’s payment is held by the platform until the item is delivered and a 72-hour inspection window passes with no issue reported, after which your share (91% of the sale price; we retain a 9% commission, minimum $3.00) is transferred to your bank account.
Buyers and sellers should resolve disputes between themselves in the first instance. Contact sglaaf@gmail.com if you cannot. Refunds, where agreed, are returned through the original payment method. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
The App can read a pedigree certificate from a photograph using an AI model. It is an aid, not an authority: it can misread ring numbers or family relationships. Always check the result against the paper certificate before relying on it or before selling a bird on the strength of it.
Do not use the App to break the law, to sell anything you may not lawfully sell, to mislead other users, to interfere with the service, or to access another user’s account or data.
We aim to keep the App running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. The App is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows, without warranties.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for the acts of other users. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may delete your account at any time in Me → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
